Team MT: Monday & Tuesday- SOLD OUT- please join waitlist 

Team MW: Monday & Wednesday-SOLD OUT- please join waitlist 

Team TW: Tuesday & Wednesday-SOLD OUT- please join waitlist 

*There will be no practices on 4/22, 4/23, 4/24,  4/29, 4/30, & 5/27

Scrimmages: Saturday,  5/18 & 6/1 (8:00 am-12:00 pm)

Tournament: Saturday, 6/8 (8:00 am-12:00 pm)

Late Registration fee of $25 will be added on 4/1/24. 

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or ACH Bank Account information available. Please note there is a processing fee attached to the full payment from our host site, SportsEngine.

There is an option to purchase insurance at the end of registration.  Insurance is offered through a third-party and is not affiliated with LI Surge

REVIEW BEFORE REGISTERING:

1. No refunds will be issued and tuition is non transferrable.  At the end of registration, you will be given the option to purchase insurance that is offered by a third-party.  LI Surge has no affiliation with any insurance policies.

2.  $400 is due today, or we can't hold your spot on the team.  Please be aware the tuition is NON-REFUNDABLE. There is also a $25 late registration fee for late payments. 

3. Siblings in our Club get a discount! If you have multiple children who are trying out, you get a 25% discount on the second/third sign up. They all have to be under your SportsEngine account for the discount to apply. You will need to register both or all three players at the same time for the discount to apply, if you stagger the registrations we can credit the card back the 25% at a later time.  If you accidently registered one child and not the second, email Surge and we can refund the difference back after 3 business days.
