Long Island Surge

Thank you for your interest in joining the Long Island Surge Volleyball coaching staff! We are dedicated to developing young athletes in a competitive, supportive, and positive environment. Our coaches play a vital role in fostering teamwork, skill development, and a love for the game.

Application Process:

1. Complete and Submit the Application – Please fill out the application thoroughly to help us understand your experience working with children and volleyball. 

2. Application Review – Our leadership team will review your submission.

3. Follow-Up – We will contact you within one week of receiving your application to discuss the next steps. This may include an interview, background check, and certification verification.

4. Final Steps – If selected, we will provide onboarding details, including training requirements, season expectations, and scheduling information.
